When I use these Values it causes my screen to violently shake.

Use these values more of a base line and adjust the Vert and Horiz to suit you.

The reason you are unable to download the script is because it is a premium script. In order to access premium scripts you have to be a donor of the website. Unlike other creators that charge you $25+ for a monthly subscription You only have to donate a minimum of $10 to access all the scripts for a life time but you can always donate more if you want.

Having issues loading the script in zen studio. Ive downloaded it straight from the post, the most recent post (12th jan) and when i proceed to open the gpc in the compiler and then load it on to an empty slot i get the bellow error
